Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped via a Standard Service unless you select an expedited shipping method. Orders over $50 will not be charged the Standard Shipping Fee. These rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US or Canada. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise. Taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total. Expedited orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next day.

Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

International Rates

Economy — $30 flat rate
Standard — $40 flat rate
Express – $60 flat rate

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders will ship out within 1 business day of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

What is your Holiday Return Policy?

Our Holiday Return Policy applies to all purchases made from October 1, 2014 through December 25, 2014. We will gladly accept these items if returned by February 28, 2015.

If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate the item you would like in exchange and any changes to the delivery address. You should also indicate if you would prefer to have a Gift Card mailed to you if your exchange is out of stock. Please note, if no replacement item or Gift Card is requested, the return credit will apply to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?

We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. If you've requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order if it is shipping to the US.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email and we will help you exchange or return the item.

Can I return or exchange an item that is older than 30 days?

Currently we do not allow items to be returned after 30 days from the original shipment date.
